TOAC Chat Room Guidelines. Please be kind and treat others with respect. Remember that people of all ages and social backgrounds participate in chat, and we hope that this can be a happy meeting place where differences can be over-looked. We wish for TOAC Chat Room to be a safe place for survivors to meet and talk. The SOLES chat was specifically created for survivors of law enforcement suicides. Family members and friends, who are bereaved from the loss of a loved one who worked in law enforcement, may join the chat for support and friendship. A channel operator or moderator is someone who is given that little @ sign next to their nickname. This allows that person to help maintain the guidelines for the chat room. They have been given the authority to warn and, if necessary, Kick/Ban anyone that exhibits offensive, vulgar, disruptive, or any other behavior that is deemed inappropriate. If you have any problems or questions, don't hesitate to ask one of the Ops. They are there to help. Helpful hints:
